We are owned and operated by Vermont native, Lewis Hebert, who grew up in Manchester and attended Southshire Community and Long Trail Schools. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Marine Biology from Wittenberg University. In 2016 Lewis bought the business, formerly known as Water Works, and has worked to grow our customer base and service experience ever since.
